Your template is loading a 2nd (older) copy of Fancybox, the same modal/popup engine that SIG uses.

Locate this file where it's included in your template and simply delete its reference: /templates/theme3009/js/jquery.fancybox.pack.js

Your template may also have an option to disable that.

In any case, you may also contact your template developer for this conflict.
