You have created an override for the default layout, so compare it again and make sure you're not missing any attributes in the <a> element.

By the way, you can post URLs just fine. Every link posted in the forum gets a rel=nofollow tag.

I use simply image gallery in joomla.
In my article I have a placeholder with the path of image, and gallery is correct generate.

But if I click in image I have that error..
Before I update joomla I had no problem.

Any suggestion?

You're missing stuff from your plugin override in your Joomla template.

It's here: /templates/shaper_extreme/html/jw_sig/

Also make sure you read our documentation for proper guidance on how to override the gallery layout: www.joomlaworks.net/support/docs/simple-image-gallery (MVC templating section)
