I don't see any reason why SIGPro wouldn't work in HikaShop.

SIGPro is a content type plugin and as such it can render anywhere content type plugins are supported. 99,99% of Joomla extensions support that. E.g. you can use SIGPro galleries in Virtuemart just fine. I'm sure HikaShop supports that option as well.
