Hi All,

I have installed latest SIG under Joomla 1.5, images are displayed normally but instead of thumbnails I only see small gray icons.

Few Info:

- GD Library is installed
- Permission of folder + images is 777
- Permission of showthumb.php is 777

Any idea what's wrong with my setup???

I'm going to bump this, I have the same problem.

Confirmed with host that GD Image Library is installed.

Images folder, images themselves, and showthumb have all been set at 777.

What else could it be? We are probably going to buy the pro version if the free one works out for our business' site, but not if the free one never even works...

Try renaming your images with something like this: filename.jpg
You have to be careful with the spaces in the filename as well as the file extension. It should be with lowercase letters.

This problem has occurred with my sites since updating from 1.5.10 to 1.5.11

I just paid for the "Pro" version and I have same issue.  The free version worked fine, but I wanted captions.  I checked the page source and I see that the thumb is supposed to be in "cache/jwsigpro_cache_20646d1e37img_8047.jpg" but no file by that name is in the cache.  The cache folder has permissions 755 and files in that folder are 0644.

I'm using 1.5.11
