Some time ago you posted about an updated version with cache (SIG 1.3) that was coming out with the new SIG PRO, any news on that?  ;)

However, this week we're launching 2 versions of SIG, the free v1.3 (update) which includes caching and v1.0 of the "professional" (commercial) version which has some more goodies on...

I do not know how does the cache work but I was thinking about the old MGM gallery from Mambo that created the thumbs and stored them in just a single folder or in each folder, using a prefix.

That old MGM was component+mambot so before you could publish a gallery you had to create the thumbs in the backend.

Maybe SIG could "save" the thumbs the first time those are used/created. Or even before.

Just an idea.
