Hi,

I use Joomla! 3.9.4 Stable and PHP 5.6.40.

Following SIG installation instructions, I have loaded gallery into Article, and I can see thumbnails, but when I click on any, instead full image preview, I see only blank space? Why is that? Please see image in attachment.

Any help is appreciated and many thanks in advance.

searching this forum, I find out it is usually JavaScript issues, and Query is not loaded.
I don't understand how to detect which other plugin is cousing the issue? In attachment, there is list on Content plugin on my website..

Update: in my case, issue is (I guess) with other FancyBox plugin I found: JoomGallery - Integrate fancyBox, type joomgallery.
I disabled it, but still, SIG doesn't show image in popup window..
