What am I missing here...

I have installed this plugin before with no issue, and for some reason I keep getting "There are no Parameters for this Plugin" when I go to edit the plugin.

Installed and uninstalled numerous times through the Joomla back end.  I have manually uninstalled (and installed) and I still the the No Parameters error.

To pre-anser your questions:
I have no other version of Sig running (bought it right out of the gate)
I have removed all of the files from the plugin folder & the Sig Pro Folder
I have removed the language ini file from the language folder.
There are no instances (that I can find) in the DB through phpMyAdmin.

First of all are you refering to SIG or to SIG Pro? (Because you have posted at SIG sectiona and you are talking about SIG Pro folder...???)
I cannot see any SIG installed in your site...
Are you sure that you are tryining to install the right version?

Sig Pro (hence "I bought it right out of the gate")

Made the post in the Sig Pro forum and it never displayed.

I have been installing and uninstalling - did you actually read my post?
