Navigation tip message error: only html code was created by Nuzzina

I have a problem: when I use SIG in articles, the yellow tooltip show html code. Look this example (and the attachment):

(SIG is at the bottom of the page)

If you pass the mouse over images, appeare yellow tooltip, but it show html code, and not navigation tip message. Why?

Go to plugins settings and check the options at the field Default Caption Label Handling. Then set it according what you want to be shown.

No, you don't understand me. I WANT to show a message, but I don't want to see html code like
