Fatal Error: Cannot use object of type __PHP_Incomplete_Class was created by wager
What is going on, if uninstall or unpublished it my site works fine, when i publish or re-install I'm getting the following error.

Fatal error: Cannot use object of type __PHP_Incomplete_Class as array in E:\domain.com\modules\mod_jw_srfr\includes\simplepie\simplepie.inc on line 1562
