I need to limit the number of words in the title of the rss feeds being displayed.  I'm no coding expert so please be specific on the solution.

The site I need to fix is townofyarmouth.ca/  if you scroll down to the bottom of the home page you will see a mod call 250th celebration events.  These titles need to be limited.
