These are not errors are warnings... You may hide it via the error reporting...

Check this post-is relative to your warnings:

According the last warning:
The problem could be:
- a badly formed rss feed
- the installation was not successful
I'd recommend:
- uninstall
- make sure there is no folder left for mod_jw_srfr within /modules
- re-install
If you still get this error, it's a bad RSS feed.
