my rss feed will only display one item. I have checked in the rest of the forum and not found a solution. I have verified my rss feed format is valid.

I have played with different settings by I am lost. I am displaying it on badge2badge.ca/ - you will see the first item under B2B Bulletin Board on the homepage.

Any ideas? I've been trying to figure this out for a couple weeks now.

Hi. Have you tried to clean Joomla! cache? There is also a message there indicating that something mush be wrong in the module setup. Have you entered correctly the feed URL to the appropriate field in the module settings?

Caching is disabled on this site. and as far as I can tell the links are correct. I get the same error with or without the second rss feed.

The second feed is invalid (but the error occurs even without it).

I also get a JFile: :read: Unable to open file: error.
Are your file/folder permissions properly setup?

What file permissions should I be checking and what should they be? I was able to get rid of the warning. In another question it was brought up that it is caused by an extra line break after the rss feed link in the Enter RSS feeds to fetch (one feed per line) text box. So I deleted that and now all is well. I've also removed the second rss feed link for now. It's an link to my kunena forum rss which I've always used in the past. This problem has only occurred since I upgraded to joomla 3 and I believe at that time I upgraded to the latest Simple RSS Feed Reader.

How you got rid of the warning? This message means that either the URL entered is not correct or your server cannot access the specific feed.

I deleted an extra hard return out of the Enter RSS feeds to fetch (one feed per line) text box. there was an extra line after the rss link.

The feed is still not displaying more then one item. This has been a problem for a while now, any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is an issue when the date of the items is exactly the same. In that case only one item is displayed. We will resolve this and let you know.
