When I try to install the RSS feed reader, I'm getting the following message:

Upload module - Failed 
There is already a file called /home/jchicago/public_html/modules/mod_jw_srfr.php - Are you trying to install the same CMT twice? 
[ Continue ... ] 

However, I'm not actually seeing that the file exists in my module section. What do I do? Thanks

I also have the same problem. Attempting to upgrade from ver 1.1 to 1.4, get the same message, but am unable to see the original module installed in either Site modules or installer.

Appreciate some advice, help.
