Does anyone know how to make the links from the Simple RSS Feed module link to a wordpress blog that is wrapped inside of a Joomla site?

At www.rewebportal.com/manicaarchitecture you can see that the RSS feeds work great, except they open a new window, while what I would like to happen would be to open a page that looks like the "News" page, which is a Wrapper with wordpress inside (the only difference would be that the correct post would be shown).
