Hi, I've set up your RSS Feed Reader and it installed easily, very nice! Except I can't get images to show. I've examined and twiddled with every setting. I'm using an Ebay RSS feed.

I can get the RSS url to work all by itself in Joomla BUT only the image links work, not the text links. With your module it's sort of an opposite problem: no images but good links.

I don't think I've done anything wrong with the module setup. Here's the RSS feed I've been playing with. I have the latest version of Joomla 3.

You can try burning the feed in feedburner and using feedburner's link.

Thank you, that is helpful. I found the W3C feed validation tool and the url seems to have multiple problems. So I contacted ebay support about that. We shall see... I'm a little surprised, I would think they could generate a quality RSS url.

I don't want to put it on feedburner though. I'd like to have it working on my site.

I've been messing around with various RSS reader options all day. Fact is, this module works very well. The image switch isn't working. I don't have any problems pulling up images with any reader that I've experimented with, except for this one. I've been playing with a Joomla site as well as a non-Joomla site. So even if ebay RSS urls are kind of weird, they do work. I wish I could flip the images to "ON" in this module, though, because it works really nice in Joomla except for the images. Maybe it's connected to the image upload problem that I noticed somewhere else?

The URL is not really the issue.
It's params, that's all, its not really invalid, ugly yes, problematic no.
It's the feeds content which causes this issue, same goes for atom - rest.ebay.com/epn/v1/find/item.atom?keyword=Thomas%2BKincaid&sortOrder=BestMatch&programid=1&campaignid=5338217168&toolid=10039&customid=Takethree3&listingType1=All&feedType=atom&lgeo=1
