If there is a negative side to this module, it is indeed the cache problem.
I put a few RSS feeds modules on my homepage with just titles and dates, with the main cache at 30mn and some parameters for each modules, I can live with it.
Thing is, I wanted to make a page dedicated to those same feeds but this time with intro text and pictures, 6 modules total.
Now that is impossible to have running on a serious live site since it takes between 1 and 2 minutes to refresh the cache, can't keep anyone waiting for that long for a page to load, I know I wouldn't.
So if there's no cron or anything that we can use to avoid the cache problem, I guess we reached the Simple RSS Feed Reader limits.
Because no matter how long you put the cache length, eventually someone will get to experience the never ending page loads.
I guess I need to look somewhere else for that and pay, thinking Feed Gator.
Or... An update version maybe ?
