sorry i just realized. its my wamp server that is having problem displaying the module properly. im using php 5.2.11, apache 2.2.11 and mysql 5.1.36.

is there some way that i can check what things are needed to run the css properly?

all these modules are enabled cURL, iconv, PCRE, Zlib.
