I am having problems with the image displaying with RSS Feed Reader.  Can someone please point me to some documentation on the different options of:

Image handling:  Hide all images; Extract first image only, hide others; Extract and resize first image only, hide others
Image resize width (px) 
Image resample quality (%)

If I want the image to display, what options should I pick.  What should I put for resize width and resample quality?  I cannot get the image to display correctly no matter what option I pick and I cannot find any documentation.
