installed latest SC on Joomla 3.5 with K2. When hitting Facebook Login ( I have created APP etc.) it is saying: Empty passwords are not allowed and the user is not created and not logged in.

It is solved. Misconfiguration in Joomla... :)

Very unhelpful it would be goo to be able to read how the problem was solved... also the documentation is showing old instructions... i like your work guys but please :-)

Most likely the captcha plugin was being rendered.
Also please note that official support for commercial extensions & templates is provided in the Subscriber Help Desk.
