Hi Krikor,

GD library is installed and this issue is only in K2. In Joomla articles i can work without problems. Kindly advice.

This is a server related issue, not a template issue.

You have to make sure your server setup meets the requirements for Joomla! to run smoothly.
You need to enable error reporting to see what errors you are gettings.
You can enable error reporting from your site's global configuration (server tab).

Finally since this is a server related issue you should ask your hosting provider to take a look at the error log and the issues you are facing.

I set-up configuration.php permission to 755, but still unable to activate the error reporting. Kindly advice.

I appreciate your effort to advice me how to overtake this issue. I just check the requirements and found out that the php and mysql version on my client's server is higher than minimum requirements.

Since this is a server issue not a K2 or a template one, you should refer this issue to your hosting provider.

A sysadmin should troubleshoot this issue. It could related to wrong permissions, wrong owner/group, missing modules.
