Can't change anything

When I try to change, lets say the Color Variations (see attached example pic)
or the Logo or anything really in the template manger it doesn't even save my changes.
Am I missing anything..?

Even I am facing this problem. I do not know how to check the version of the template, however its been more than a day i am trying out the settings.

Issues:

2. Not able to locate Radiojar settings for live stream...

The options for the live streaming are located in two seperate places. One is in the template's parameters (you will be able to edit them once you update the template) and the other one is in the js file where Radiojar's widgets are being generated.
This file is located in the /templates/radiowave/js/radiojar.js
You can also edit Radiojar's module from there although this is optional.

I have installed the module: Quickstart Package for Joomla! 3.x
I've installed Template Package v1.0.2 UPDATE on top of it. Still I am not able to change any thing.
I am trying to change the logo to a text logo "Punjabi". Its not happening.
I am wondering to rethink about my decision to purchase the template..?

Also let me know when you 've sent the credentials, in case your mail was sent to the spam folder.
It could be anything from a 'broken' update to wrong file/folder permissions. Without a Super User account I am afraid I can only guess the issue.

I got the mail, and the credentials worked.
You are right I installed the update. and the update failed without an error message. You are still viewing the outdated version which is causing the issue.
File/ Folder Permissions look ok, you can also use Admin Tools to re run the script that corrects them. This is most likely a server related issue. You should also ask your hosting provider about this issue.
In the meanwhile you can send me FTP credentials over the same form so I can manually install the template's latest version.

I changed your site's title and it seems to work now.
There is one catch though. I saw multiple files belonging to your template in Joomla!'s root folder. Did you upload them yourself or is there an issue with your setup ?

I am un-installing the template as I cannot wait for hours/days for every single checking. I am honestly not happy purchasing the template and request to refund the money in full/part if possible.
