Tipps from this thread forum.joomlaworks.net/index.php?topic=9142.0 didn't help me.
btw. how do the alias have to look like? like a date?

@dopeless,
When you are writing the title for an article at the field below title you get automatically an alias. However, if you change the title the alias -by default-remains the same unless you change change it too.

I've just noticed, that if i open an article from disqus cp, the counter works fine. But if i open it direct from my site, it shows zero...
Katia:
i know, what alias is :) i've just noticed, that all my aliaces look like dates, when articles was posted (in form: "YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-SS") an wanted to know, if it's ok for disqus.

Hi,
i've managed to fix the problem. It seems it were really problems in SEF settings.

Hi!
I have the same problem.
@ dopeless: it occurs to me, although I don't have SEF enabled.
@ olivierk: sorry, it didn't work, not even by deleting the content of cache folder on the server.
It could be a problem of disqus.com. Has anyone asked there?
As a workaround, in the settings page ( disqus.com/comments/settings ) --> Customize --> Appearance, I used the phrase "Leave a comment" instead of "0 Comments". At least I get a phrase that makes more sense in my pages. ;)

It is easy just go to appearance and go to comment count link and change ocomments to what ever you want.still not working just reinstall disqus.
