I have version 1.0.3 and am still having the exact same problem. Everything is fine until I add the main text in the 4th 'highlight', then all saved parameters disappear. There are also issues with the icons loading… sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I am on a MAMP test server.

I have come back with exactly same issue after installing 1.0.3 (as Leslie said in the previous post). The only way I found for getting working is reinstalling again the template. It gives me some opportunities for working in the template. After few changes, it suddendly stop working...

Any feedback on this would be very appreciate it.

I managed to see the issue when I added 5 highlights at once with only titles and then I added their description one by one.
(Enter 1 desc and then click save).

Is this the procedure you followed?

Does inserting all your highlights at once work?

My issue is when I have to make any small change in the template... sometimes... the system give me the message everything was saved but then, it has been removed all my content (higlighted content, custom colour layouts, logo,....). Then, when I try to add 4 higlight content section at once (filling all the fields), the system doesn't allow me to save any change.

I tried it a variety of ways… adding one by one and saving each time.. adding all at once..etc. It always lost the params once the description were entered. Right now I had the 4 highlights with titles and icons but no description as I am afraid to lose everything again. Perhaps the descriptions can be added in the database directly as a short term workaround?

It is stored in a JSON format in the xx_template_styles table. It is quite difficult to alter it, I suggest you wait one or two days for an update package.

Update: We located the issue.
The JSON file (template params) was getting too big and after the db limit was reached, the settings were reverted to the default ones.

An update package will be posted next week.

Unfortunately the problems are back... not sure if it's because we've updated to Joomla 3.3.0. The highlights parameters section is now blank, even though the correct data shows on the front end. Also the font awesome icons don't come up when the Icon Select button is clicked. We're supposed to go live with our site today. :-(
