Thanks for your help, but "permissions" are not the problem, as I wrote in Post #1.

Anyway, I did what you said, insatlled "Admin-tools", but all permissions are 777. What should I change??

So I contacted my provider, and they were able to help me within minutes.

To help other customers, I write here, what the support have done (I gave them admin rights for Joomla):

1) Activating FTP (inside Joomla)
2) changing .htaccess with "AddHandler php52-cgi .php"

So, not everytime, it is a problem of "permissions".
