I've tried repairing the table but that does no good.
One thing I have found in the database are a lot of rows with 'null' as per attached - a Chinese IP too, however I have enabled recaptcha for registration so don't understand how these get there...do you think this could be anything to do with my problem? (image attached)
Would it be safe to delete all of these null rows?
Many thanks

It seems that when I imported Joomla users no K2 usergroup was assigned and therefore no K2 users created!
Is there some other way of creating them?

Hi,
I have the same problem. It says that has move the users to the group but it doesn't. The new group don't appear in the column, but if I open every user the correct group is selected so I only have to save & close... the problem is that I have 1600 users!!
I see that the problem is because I imported them before I created the group, ok. So now I have to delete all the users and import them again?? I am afraid about deleting them also from joomla or Community builder.
Thanks

I did what you were afraid of and it did not duplicate the users but it added the joomla user groups to the k2 user groups list.
I then could use the "move" feature to move all the users into the correct k2 user group.

I think I am having a similar issue to others in this topic.
I have created a K2 User Group, and trying to use the Move function:
screencast.com/t/UIBEfuadrHm4
If I don't touch the two options at the top, I get a message saying it worked, but no users are in the K2 group. If I change the second column to the K2 group, I get this error:
screencast.com/t/KzAnPRdPfL
This is the error I get. Same error with 1 or 100 users.
I can do it manually one user at a time but it seems wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
Running Joomla 3.1.5 and K2 2.6.7

Anyone? Move does not work in Joomla 3.1.5 with latest K2. I have to do each user group assignment manually.
OK. So the trick is to do what ModernMagic suggested. Go to Users in K2 admin, and select Import Joomla Users - the warning about duplicate doesn't matter, because it doesn't duplicate them. Now when you click the Move button in K2, it works.
