K2 working with Acajoom - UPDATE was created by Bart Pluijms
UPDATE
The Acajoom K2 plugin now works with:
Joomla 1.5.12
K2 version 2.0.0 Build 20090701 (pre-release)
Acajoom News 4.0.0

Dear all,

I am not sure I posted this in the right place, so I am sorry if I am not.

I have developed a plugin for Acajoom News. Now you have the possibility to show your K2 items in your newsletters next to your normal Joomla Content items.
It doesn't extend K2, but it extends Acajoom News with the features of K2.

I have tested it with Joomla 1.5.11, Acajoom News 3.2.6 and K2 1.x, but I guess that it should also work with the latest release of K2.

I have attached the file as a zip. Just use your Joomla Install, select the file and activate the plugin.

I hope it works all fine, so be free to give me a reaction.

Greetings,
Bart Pluijms

That's a great addition for supporting K2 within Acajoom!

But there have been significant improvements in the database structure of K2 v2. Please take the time and have a look at v2 cause I'm afraid your plugin will only work with v1...

Hi Bart, I'm trying to use your plug-in with no luck.

I'm on Joomla 1.5.12 + Acajoom News 3.2.6 + K2 2.0.0 (pre-release) and the "K2 Content Items" list is always empty.

Is there any chance to get it working with K2 2.0?

Thank you very much,

Gabriele

Hello,
I am going to work on that tommorrow.
I hope the only thing I have to to is to change the table-names, but I am not sure about that.
When it's finished I will post it soon.

Greetings!
