A lot can be done with both css and template overrides....especially with css4k2
Please jump into the discussions and suggest alternate ways to get the same thing done! as even with overrides if there is a css file out there for the override, well then there will be choices depending on wether your more comfortable with php or css.....They compliment and enhance each other i think (im not very good with css), but would love to learn
