Any update on this? It seems that a lot of people are asking for it. I've spent hours to give my images search engine friendly filenames and now all I get is random alphanumeric strings as filenames.. On top of that I get no 'alt' text. I'm using K2 + SIG so I'm not sure who's to blame.

Has everyone using K2 just given up on SEF image naming/alt tag/title tag/keywords?
