The issue is not with K2.
You are using a custom built module not a K2 one. You should contact the module's developer about this issue.

Also update to K2 2.6.8 and Joomla! to 2.5.24 (Your version is really outdated.)

Can you please help me solve this issue as i cant find solution anywhere please. You said its to do with ( "YJ Module Engine" module. so can i uninstall and re upload this "YJ Module Engine" module.

You need to contact the template developer about this.
I am pretty sure that module came bundled with the template.

Since we has nothing to do with this module (it is the first time I come across it) I cannot assist you on this.
