Disabling your extensions, check that pop ups work and start enabling them one by one in order to find which one cause the conflict... and disable it permanently.

I disabled now all components, plugins and modules..

just the Plugin SIG Pro from joomlaworks was activated.. And it still don't work :D

Sooo... what can I do?
