Problem solved! GD 2 library wasn't active, it was as simple as that in the end!

Want to send a big thank you to the staff at Joomlaworks for all the time and effort they have put in this, and also tell everyone that I highly recommend SIG pro for everyone who wants a nice gallery plugin. Its worth every single cent, 12 Euro is acually nothing for this.

If the solution is to turn on the GD2 Library, how would I do that? ???

You need to request that from your hosting provider.
