problem solved.

I did a normal installation via Joomla.

Thanks to vinikey, I changed the file permission of tmp, plugin and cache folder to 777, refresh my Joomla install page and redo the installation.

Then after installation, I changed the file permission to 755.

I just tried the manual install and ran the SQL:
