Hi Yiota

I cannot locate the error that you are looking for.

Before purchasing the Pro version of this programme I was using the free version. I installed PRO and then un-installed the free one. I also run your All Works video programme. Is there any merit in un-installing SIG Pro again and then trying a re-install? (although I have tried this once before the free un-install)

Could you try creating the file on your own to see if it works then?
