I installed the latest version on my website today and tried to export all the records (around 4700) but it goes to a blank page. The path is:
/administrator/index.php?option=com_k2import&format=raw

Would you advise how it can be resolved.

please try to export only a single category.
Alternatively you will have to adjust some PHP settings if you have permissions to edit the php.ini file

Just bought your extension today for migrating K2 content from joomla 2.5 => 3.0

Export to csv from 2.5 works fine, but than i importing csv file to joomla 3.0 i got following error in last step:

i was trying different versions of "k2 import" (from 2.2 to 2.5) with same error.

it looks like the extension is not compatible to K2 2.7.1 due to this change github.com/getk2/k2/commit/6d6e98ba70ca6888673fa34aeef332e3b9301215

I will fix the extension and publish a new version very soon.
In the meantime try to downgrade to K2 2.7.0

I've just published a new version of the extension (2.5.ALPHA.2)
it is now compatible with K2 2.7.1

the other big change is the fact that now the export of huge databases should not be a problem, even if the export takes longer than the max_execution_time setting in PHP or needs more memory than the memory_limit in PHP. So no need to make any changes to the php.ini file any more.

i just bought the import/export extension, but, when i try to export data in csv, i see all the extra fields data in wrong columns. Moreover, there are some category description which should not be there, because they are not the categories of the exported items.

I really need this plugin to import some records, but i can't even export them!
Could you please help me?

what version of k2,Joomla and the extension are you using?

A bug-fix version (2.5.BETA.1) is online!
It will fix some problems of the previous version!

Just installed, tried 2.2, 2.4 and then the Beta 1 2.5, 2.5 is better but I still cannot get it working right.

I have some key categories and one product setup in K2.
I go to the import tool, and without selecting any items click export

I then get the following message

@Michaël could it be that you are using the version 2.4 of the tool together with K2 2.7.1
They have deleted one file in that version of K2. That's why you have to use the version 2.5 of my tool
